Our technical service team would like to advise customers of maintenance to our Managed Exchange service. This maintenance is being performed in an effort to update the Managed Exchange servers.
Users on affected servers will experience approximately a 1-2 minute outage while their Exchange Database switches over to another server.
During this time users will be unable to access their mailboxes.
Sessions may be cleared when browsing emails via the OWA (Outlook Web Access) interface. Customers may be redirected to the login screen during this period.
