Identified - We would like to advise that the issue affecting one of our MySQL database servers is resolved, however some databases are still experiencing some issues.

Our System Admins are working on restoring functionality to the remaining affected databases.

Investigating - Our administrators identified an issue affecting one of our MySQL database servers, 'mysql-7.netregistry.net'. This will result in some sites experiencing database issues or failed connections to the database. This is currently being worked on as a priority to restore services back to normal.

Issue began at 5:40PM AEDT.

An update will be posted once we have more information.

Scheduled - Our technical service team would like to advise customers of maintenance to our Managed Exchange service. This maintenance is being performed in an effort to update the Managed Exchange servers.

Service Impact:
Users on affected servers will experience approximately a 1-2 minute outage while their Exchange Database switches over to another server.
During this time users will be unable to access their mailboxes.

Sessions may be cleared when browsing emails via the OWA (Outlook Web Access) interface. Customers may be redirected to the login screen during this period.

Scheduled - As part of our commitment to continually improve our systems and services, we will be performing an upgrade to some of our network infrastructure on Monday, 28th of August.

Customers should not experience any downtime throughout the maintenance window and the work will be monitored closely by our system administrators.

Monitoring - Our system admins have advised that we managed to remove the blockade on the storage and are working towards restoring services.

Nearly all services should be restored and coming back online.

Once this issue has been completely resolved, another update will be provided.

Investigating - We would like to advise customers that we are currently experiencing some issues with our servers. This outage is partially impacting Cloud Servers and cPanel Servers.

cPanel customers may not be able to access their website, or experience slower than normal loading times. Affected Cloud Customers will experience "Error establishing a database connection" appear on their web page..

Our System Admins are currently working on this issue with the highest priority.

We will provide updates as they become available.

Resolved - At this stage we believe the access issue has been resolved. Customers websites and ours are back up and able to be accessed.

Investigating - Customers are reporting difficulty accessing the Melbourne IT website, console and their own websites from non-mobile connections within Australia. International and mobile access appears unaffected.

We are investigating the issue as a priority with other ISPs to determine the source of the issue.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing some Cloud Mail Interface issues. Users are currently not able to create new mailboxes or manage their current spam filter settings. The spam filter itself is functional.

Our server administrators are examining the issue, and we will provide more updates as soon as we have them.
