Customers are advised we will be performing maintenance on our Lightspeed web servers. These servers provide web services our Cloud hosting platform (HTTP/HTTPS).

We do not anticipate any customer impact, or degradation in the performance of Cloud hosted websites during this change.

We are performing this change in order to apply version upgrades.

Console Database Maintenance Mar 29, 06:00-06:30 AEDT
Customers are advised we will be performing maintenance on our Console database. During the maintenance window, customers can expect a 5-10 minute period in which The Console will be inaccessible.

All Domain management and account functions performed through the console will be unavailable during this short impact window.

We are performing this change in order to increase redundancy to critical internal platforms.

Scheduled - Our technical service team would like to advise customers of maintenance to our Managed Exchange service. This maintenance is being performed in an effort to update the Managed Exchange servers.

Service Impact:
Users on affected servers will experience approximately a 1-2 minute outage while their Exchange Database switches over to another server.
During this time users will be unable to access their mailboxes.

Sessions may be cleared when browsing emails via the OWA (Outlook Web Access) interface. Customers may be redirected to the login screen during this period.
