Investigating - We would like to inform customers of Cloud Webmail issues that we are experiencing. Customers affected are currently unable to receive emails.

To identify if you're affected please check the domain MX records. The affected MX records are "mx.melbourneit.net" & "mx4.melbourneit.net".

Scheduled - Our technical service team would like to advise customers of maintenance to our Managed Exchange service. This maintenance is being performed in an effort to update the Managed Exchange servers.

Service Impact:
Users on affected servers will experience approximately a 1-2 minute outage during the scheduled maintenance.

During this time users will be unable to access their mailboxes or receive mail. Mail received during this time will begin to appear once the maintenance has been completed.
