Scheduled Maintenance
We would like to advise that we will be performing a scheduled maintenance on our internal infrastructure.

This scheduled maintenance will be carried out in order to perform patching on our vCenter servers. We need to patch all our vCenter servers to mitigate against the Meltdown and Spectre vulnerabilities. This remediation is mainly focused on enabling VM’s to be mitigated rather than vCenter itself.

None of these changes will impact virtual machines, however console and general management access will be unavailable during the actual vCenter server upgrades.

During this change, the customers will be unable to remotely manage their virtual machines, however native access via SSH and RDP will still function as normal and the virtual machines themselves will not be affected.

Scheduled - We wish to advise that we will shortly be performing maintenance on certain servers of our cPanel infrastructure. No outage is expected, though some servers may experience some short performance degradation (minor mail delays, slower website load times) during this period. Our server engineers will be monitoring carefully throughout the process and will take remedial steps as appropriate if this occurs.

Monitoring - We would like to advise that the webmail services are returning back to normal and customer should now be able to access their mailboxes. Our technicians will be closely monitoring this platform to prevent any further occurrences
